Booked Out PMU Book a free session

Never worry about being booked out ever again.

We help permanent makeup artists trade inconsistent bookings for a business that's predictably booked up — weeks to months in advance.

Why Choose Us

We took a PMU studio starting at zero to booked two months out — at above-industry rates — in under three years.

We know what fills a chair, because we filled our own. Anna leads the artistry. Justin leads the strategy behind it.

Anna's Instagram and the Bloom Beauty Studio website

You love the artistry. Not the business side. We get that.

So we'll teach you to do what we did for ourselves —

Pricing you feel good charging — and clients who don't blink at it

Clients who were made for you, not just whoever's cheapest that week

A brand that makes you the obvious choice, without shouting louder than everyone else

Marketing that doesn't turn you into a full-time content creator

Price conversations that don't feel awkward or apologetic

More hours doing the artistry you love, fewer stuck behind a screen

Business and marketing that finally feel like something you enjoy, not something you dread

...and so much more.

What you'll actually learn

You'll learn business and marketing — we'll guide you through every step.

This isn't "post more on Instagram." It's the whole business, working together:

Positioning

What makes you different enough that you're not competing on price

The numbers

What profitable actually looks like for you, and how many clients that takes

The client journey

How a stranger becomes aware of you, books, and comes back

Where to show up

Meta, Google, email, organic, communities — used the right way, not all at once

Booking & payments

A real system for getting on the calendar and getting paid, not DMs

Sales calls

Less selling, more being genuinely helpful — the booking follows

What artists say

Through Anna's own PMU journey, we made friends with other artists — and started helping them with their marketing and business too. Turns out we were good at it, and we loved it. That's how this started.

What happens on the call

Let's talk about where you're stuck — and work out how to get you booked up.

You'll leave with clarity, even if you never become a client.

01

Understand your business

Where you are, who you serve, and what's actually happening behind the numbers.

02

Identify growth bottlenecks

The one or two things quietly capping how booked you can get.

03

Create an action plan

Specific next steps you can act on whether or not we work together again.

04

Discuss what's next

If ongoing consulting makes sense, we'll talk about it. No pressure either way.

Our story

We started at the same place too.

In the beginning, we did whatever it took to get clients in the chair — lower prices, discounts, whatever worked. Not because we didn't have a plan, but because Anna needed the reps. The practice. The chance to actually get great at this.

Once she was good — really good — that's when Justin's background came into play. Years in branding and advertising, including selling his own video production company, and now running paid advertising for a premium clothing brand doing $50M a year. We elevated the brand and built the marketing behind it, and that's what got us where we are today.

Between the two, Anna's calendar is now booked two months out, at rates above the industry average. And somewhere along the way, we fell in love with the process. Booked Out PMU exists because we want to help other artists get there too.

Questions

Frequently asked

PMU artists who are technically skilled but want a business that matches it — whether you're newly licensed or established and stuck at a plateau.

The strategy session itself is free, with zero obligation. If ongoing consulting makes sense for you, we'll walk through pricing on the call.

About 30–45 minutes, focused entirely on your business and what's actually holding it back.

If it's relevant to your bottleneck, yes. We look at the whole business, not just one channel.

No. We work with artists at different stages, from newly licensed to fully booked and looking to grow further.

Yes. Everything we teach comes from running a real PMU studio, so that's where we stay focused.

Is this you?

Even though we'll guide you every step along the way, this only works when —

Actually wants a career in PMU, not just a side hustle

Is willing to take guidance and actually put in the work

Is ready to invest a little in marketing — we'll show you exactly how much, and you'll make more money and get more clients than you would without it

Cares about doing this right, not just getting it done
